Kingdom Mission
Kingdom Reinforcement International is a Dallas-based, non-denominational Christian consulting resource serving churches, ministries, organizations, servant leaders, and disciples of Jesus Christ.
We reinforce the Body of Christ through Spirit-led consulting, professional services, and practical ministry support, helping leaders and disciples grow, be transformed, spread the Gospel, and advance in their Kingdom assignments.
Our services include Christian consulting, training and development, ministry and organizational support, business development, volunteer management, event planning, and preaching and speaking. Whether strengthening an existing ministry, developing people and resources, or helping bring a new Kingdom initiative to life, we seek to serve wherever God opens the door.
Three Areas of Focus
While Kingdom Reinforcement International serves across a variety of ministry and organizational needs, there are three areas where we feel especially called to strengthen the Body of Christ.
Our heart is to help bring a refreshed approach to the Church, one where teaching is more engaging, believers are better equipped, churches in challenging seasons can experience renewal, and people have greater opportunities to encounter Jesus Christ through the power of the Holy Spirit.

Church Renewal & Revitalization
1 - Engaging Teaching & Learning
Many adults attend church faithfully and receive biblical truth week after week, yet may struggle to remember, apply, or engage more deeply with what they have learned. This matters because God's Word is meant to do more than inform us, it is meant to transform us, shape how we live, strengthen our faith, and equip us to follow Jesus Christ. We believe powerful biblical teaching should not only be heard, it should be understood, retained, applied, and lived out. Kingdom Reinforcement International sees an opportunity to help bridge this gap.
We bring instructional design and adult learning expertise into the Church, using proven learning methods to help create more engaging and effective learning experiences for believers. We seek to work alongside teaching pastors and ministry leaders, complementing their biblical and pastoral expertise with practical strategies for how adults learn, engage, retain information, and apply what they learn.
This may include interactive teaching moments, guided reflection, practical application, discussion, prayer, response opportunities, and other intentional moments that invite participation and create space for the Holy Spirit to work. Our goal is not simply better learning, it is transformation. We want to help create environments where God's Word takes root, believers are equipped to live out what they learn, and people have meaningful opportunities to encounter Jesus Christ through the power of the Holy Spirit.
2 - Spiritual Warfare & Equipping
Many believers are navigating spiritual battles without fully understanding the biblical reality of spiritual warfare or how to respond to it. Others may recognize that spiritual warfare exists but have received little practical teaching on spiritual authority, discernment, prayer, spiritual gifts, and the strategies of the enemy. This matters because Scripture makes clear that our struggle is not merely against flesh and blood.
Believers need to be equipped to recognize spiritual opposition, stand firmly on God's Word, exercise wisdom and discernment, and understand the authority they have through Jesus Christ. Kingdom Reinforcement International seeks to help churches, ministries, and believers approach spiritual warfare with biblical truth, spiritual maturity, and dependence on the Holy Spirit.
Through teaching, training, prayer, practical resources, and ministry support, we help equip believers to better understand spiritual warfare and respond to it in a Christ-centered and biblically grounded way. Our desire is to see believers walk in greater freedom, discernment, confidence, and spiritual maturity, equipped to stand firm, serve effectively, and faithfully carry out their Kingdom assignments.
3 - Church Renewal & Revitalization
Many churches are facing difficult seasons marked by declining attendance, aging congregations, financial pressure, leadership transitions, limited community engagement, or a loss of momentum and direction. In some cases, churches that have faithfully served their communities for decades may eventually face the difficult possibility of closing, selling their property, or being acquired by another church. We believe there may still be an opportunity for renewal.
Kingdom Reinforcement International seeks to come alongside churches during these critical seasons to listen, assess what is happening, identify areas of opportunity, and prayerfully explore a refreshed path forward. This may include strengthening leadership and volunteers, refreshing ministry and weekend service approaches, improving training and discipleship, reconnecting with the surrounding community, strengthening organizational practices, and developing practical strategies for renewed growth and engagement.
Our desire is not to change what makes a church unique, but to help strengthen what remains, refresh what may no longer be working, and support pastors and leaders as they seek God's direction for the future. Where possible, we want to help churches rediscover their mission, regain momentum, and pursue a new season of fruitful ministry before closure, sale, or acquisition becomes the only remaining option.
The End Game
We believe the Lord is calling His Church into the end game, a season where disciples must be equipped, the Holy Spirit must move freely, and believers must be prepared to stand firm on the Word of God until the return of Christ.
In these end times, God is raising up disciples who are spiritually equipped, grounded in truth, and ready to fulfill their Kingdom assignments. The Lord desires to move powerfully in both believers and unbelievers, bringing healing, breakthrough, freedom, and transformation to those who need it most.
For generations, the Church has served as a place of teaching, discipleship, restoration, and community. Yet many people today are still struggling with spiritual blindness, bondage, unanswered questions, and wounds that keep them from fully walking in God's purpose for their lives. We believe God wants to meet people where they are, reveal Himself in deeper ways, love on them, and pour out His Spirit upon all who are willing to receive Him.
“‘And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God, That I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh;
Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your young men shall see visions, Your old men shall dream dreams.”
Our heart is to help create friendly environments where the Holy Spirit is welcomed, God's Word comes alive, and people experience genuine encounters with Jesus Christ. Through engaging teaching, meaningful discipleship, training that strengthens, and Spirit-led ministry, we believe lives can be transformed and believers can be equipped with the wisdom, gifts, and spiritual insight needed to stand firm and make an impact in these end times.
God has a purpose and a story for every person. We believe He is raising up an army of faithful believers who will resist the forces of darkness, spread the Gospel, remain steadfast in their faith, and boldly advance His Kingdom until the return of Christ. If the Lord has placed this same burden, vision, or calling on your heart or within your organization, Kingdom Reinforcement International would be honored to partner alongside you.
